I paid for your Asian Squat program only because I had given up after a couple of months of doing it on my own and hoped you could help me further. I was not pleased with my progress.
 
However, your statement that "it takes time" was all I needed. Since ordering the program, I have been working every day and have gone from holding the squat for thirty seconds to a full three minutes. I do a minimum of five minutes of squats per day and usually go beyond; today, I have done twelve minutes so far, at two and three minutes at a time. So I'm making progress. That's what I wanted.
 
I am still working to get lower. My feet stay flat on the floor, and I'm lower than ninety degrees, but ultimately, I want my calves to rest on my hamstrings. That is probably another twenty or twenty-five degrees more.
 
I am targeting June of 2026 for when that may occur. But if not, at least I will be lower than today and should be able to hold it comfortably for at least five minutes at a time.
 
I am seventy-eight and an avid skydiver, so increasing flexibility is important to me. Thanks for your encouragement.
