WHAT IS HUNCHBACK POSTURE?
The natural curvature of the mid and upper back is called kyphosis. When people talk about having a hunchback, they are usually talking about having a lot of curvature in the mid and upper back (meaning TOO MUCH kyphosis).
This is not considered aesthetically pleasing and can contribute to negative self-image. It also negatively affects your ability to move and breathe well!
Improving your hunchback will help you look better aesthetically, and it can also improve your athletic performance and overall energy levels.
IS IT REALLY POSSIBLE TO IMPROVE HUNCHBACK POSTURE?
To improve your hunchback posture, you need to understand one thing: your posture is the result of muscle activity or inactivity.
If the right muscles work, your posture looks good. If the right muscles don't work, your posture doesn't look good. It's that simple.

Many schools and instructors don't look at the long term effect of curling the mid and upper spine constantly. And they don't balance it out with focused and detailed training in the opposite direction.
Some poses are really good for your posture if you understand what you're doing, but for most beginners, there are way too many ways for things to go wrong.

What about posture braces to fix hunchback posture?
Braces can definitely help "fix" your hunchback posture. If you're willing to wear them 24 hours a day. And if you're willing to let your muscles get weaker and weaker and weaker over time.
