WHAT IS HUNCHBACK POSTURE?
The natural curvature of the mid and upper back is called kyphosis.
When people talk about having a hunchback, they are usually talking about having a lot of kyphosis in the mid and upper back (meaning TOO MUCH curvature).
This is not considered very attractive and can contribute to a negative self-image. It also negatively affects your ability to move and breathe well.
Improving your hunchback will help you look better, feel more confident.
It can also improve your physical performance and overall energy levels.

Is it really possible to improve hunchback posture?
To improve your hunchback posture, you need to understand one thing:
Your posture is the result of muscle ‘Activity’ or ‘Inactivity’.
If the right muscles work, your posture looks good. If the right muscles don't work, your posture doesn't look good. It's that simple.
There are some cases where someone has REALLY severe hunchback posture where the bones have actually gotten misshapen, but that's pretty rare, and it usually takes decades for things to get that bad.
