Who is this NOT good for?
- You experience pain levels higher than a level 4 on a regular basis.
- Your only motivation to build flexiblity and mobility is to get out of pain. This program is not geared towards customized pain relief programming.
- You expect a "quick fix" to your flexibility problems. There are no quick fixes. Seriously.
- You think hiring someone alone will make you more flexible. Only YOUR consistent training will make you more flexible.
- You expect to have 24/7 access to your coach. You won't. Your coach has his own health to maintain and that means disconnecting and recharging. That's the only way to have the presence of mind to help you on your journey.
- You are sure that you can't get flexible because you've tried "everything" on your own.
- You'll resist advice because you think you've done something before, and it didn't work after a month.
Who is this good for?
- You are ready to commit a minimum of an hour per day, 4 days a week to your flexibility training
- You are not in chronic pain that generally averages above at a level 4 or above every day (on a 10 point scale)
- You are comfortable taking and sending video of yourself with your phone and being able to upload it through a simple web interface as well as send check-in videos via WhatsApp
- You are sick and tired of lack of mobility impeding your sports and/or daily activities
- You are confused by tons of flexibility information out there
- You want accountability, form checks, and expertise to help you make progress faster than you can on your own
